Auld Lang Syne

As 2017 draws to an end, I am reminded of the song "Auld Lang Syne" that I sang every year at midnight on Dec 31 to usher in the New Year.
"Auld Lang Syne" is an extremely old Scottish song that was first written down in the 1700s.  A good translation of the words "auld lang syne" is "times gone by." So
So when we sing this song, we are saying, "We'll drink a cup of kindness yet for times gone by." At Glitzzy Events, we have a lot to talk about in terms of times gone by in 2017 !

2017 - Looking ahead !

As we come towards the end of the first quarter of 2017, I am filled with gratitude and thankfulness!  Its only March, but Glitzzy Events has already signed fifteen (15) weddings far !

When East meets West - Glitzzy Events can do the rest!
With the world becoming one big melting pot of various cultures, colors, religions etc. it is not surprising that more and more people of different races and backgrounds are meeting and falling in love. This fulfilled John Lennon’s dream which he quoted in his now immortalized lyrics ‘You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us. And the world will live as one”
